Block Island is up and down. When it is up it is showing some very large bass with some pushing 40lbs and up. Captain John again reports that most of the good action is around the Island. The north end has slowed with the warm weather but again on some days it turns on red hot. The first trigger fish of the season waws caught last week which is sign of extremely warm water as this fish is mostly found in southern waters. Captain John still has several choice openings for the upcoming weeks ahead.
